[Review] Megrhythm Steam Eye Mask

Gonna introduce any awesome product today!
This is serious my all time favourite product, way before it was sponsored to me!

We've used countless type of eye mask, eye patch, facial mask which are what i classify as the 'wet' type. But when i first knew about this product, i was super curious! its a STEAM EYE MASK. Its already a big hit in Japan and HongKong!

check out the 4 lovely variants below:

As a working adult, and being a designer as my job, it is no doubt that we spend long hours in front of the computer every day, even when i get home and blog about reviews or events, I'm in front of the computer again. My eyes are often very dried out and tired, i have to standby eye drop beside my pc and bring another one along with me at all times.

So what is the connection between my tired eyes and this steam eye mask? The steam eye mask is an innovative self-warming mask that helps to relieve and de-stress your tired eyes! Even if you do not have the time or money to de-stress yourself after work, be it massage or spa. This is a cheaper alternative to at least de-stress your tired eyes!

I am amazed at how the mask automatically heats up on its own at the very moment you tear open the packet/ when contact with air!

It can heat up to 40°C in approx. 10mins!

First up, the Chamomile steam eye mask! The Chamomile-ginger aroma calms and releases stress. Tried it for one night, the light chamomile scent is rather soothing!

Secondly is the rose! Fresh rose aroma soothes and brightens your mood! have not yet to try this since I'm not a fan of rose scented products. hahaha, and also, i use it before my sleep, i think since it brightens your mood it should be more for day time?

Third, is the Scentless one! Works equally the same, de-stress, relax and brighten up your tired eyes in 10 minutes. For people who prefer to not have any scent, this should be the product for you!

Lastly, my favourite of the lot, LAVENDER! Im sure everyone knows how lavender calms and relax our senses in any circumstances, especially during massage/ spa. Normally when I have difficulty getting to sleep, i would put on the lavender one and it definitely helps me sleep better after usage!

Here's how the eye mask looks like. hahaha, i know, it kinda resembles a sanitary pad, HAHAH, but it doesn't have any wings. LOL.

simply hook onto your ears, close your eyes and relax!

do i look like ultra man? LOL.

For demo purpose, but as you can see.. i only put on the mask a few mins to take pictures, my eyeliner is already kinda smudge due to the steam!

I cant believe the steam already caused my makeup to stain the mask! i only wore it under 5 mins?! Usually when i use it at night, i like to sleep with my arm over the mask and sorta ''pressed'' against the mask to make the heating sensation even more! It usually last around 20 minutes for the heat to be completely gone.

See how the steam mask work in this video clip:

Any hoots, i'm super in love with this product! It is suitable for working females between 20-49, but i'm sure males can use it too. My eyes feels less puffy and more recharged and refreshed after using. The ear loops made of fabric allows usage in any position, without feeling uncomfortable.

Suitable for use such as:
-Before Bed time
-On the plane/trains, etc while travelling (to aid in sleeping, gonna bring this to my trip next month!)
-Break in between household chores
-In between work intervals. (I don't think i can do this in the office though, my boss will kill me? LOL)
