Seoul, Korea Day 2

Day 2! i think we didnt wake up very early lar, always leave our guesthouse at around 10-11ish.

so we always directly head for brunch!

and on our itinerary is the super famous Toksokchon ginseng chicken!!! very easy to find this place! only 5 mins aways from train station. can't remember the name of the station. LOL.

you know it's really good when you see snake long queue.

waiting in the cold... for about 20-30 mins i guess?

self entertainment while queuing.

Finally, our order is here! I must say its the nicest ginseng chicken i had thus far! and there is glutinous rice inside the chicken as well. after i ate this.. i don't trust the korea food in SG anymore. LOL.

and an opportunity to dine in a traditional hanok!

miss this place!!!!

and then we headed to gyeong bok gung palace! one of the traditional places in korea, gotta go in and take a look no matter what.

we also happen to witness this ceremony going on at the palace. not sure what ceremony is it.

After that we head to lotte world! Really make use of our day well for that day, since i am not a fan of theme parks, we decided to go after 3pm (or is it 4pm).. to get the cheaper entrance ticket.

on our way Jamsil station.. Saw these. KOREAN KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEIR CAKES.
i mean... look at these! the skin of the cake is so smooth and flawless?!

and i like how their cake look super tall and fancy. But.. don't think this portion can finish, lol.

Saw this froyo shop and couldn't resist trying.

I cant believe that i went onto this ride. wtf. i totally under estimate it. even my sis who loves thrill rides say its scary ok!!! omg.. my heart almost died everytime it dropped. and i cant believe there are 3 aunties in front of me (whom the staff double checked their age to make sure they are suitable for the ride), they did not even let out a single scream! i scream until my voice turn jelly.... T_T

went outdoor to take a look also, super collddd! the gyro drop was closed due to the cold weather.

played this as well. wtf, it looks ok but a little big scary!! LOL.... because we were being spinned around near the river wtf.

silly jump shots. hahaha.

act yi ge.

on the fake hot air balloon ride. wtf, i look like her older sister. LOL.

went to the mirror maze! lucky never knock onto our nose, lol.

machiam ceh meh.

she needs a walking stick, LOL.

and then.. making our way to dinner.

Saw gong cha and we must try!! they sell their own tea bags there!

and finally.. we found our dinner!!! also recommended by my ex colleague, its call 一只鸡 by 陈玉华. i know very weird name right.. and when my colleague told me i was abit uninterested. but decided to give it a try since it was quite easy to find. but we did got lost abit.. and we almost went into the wrong one becasue the signage was similar!! This one is hidden at a corner!!

here's the 一只鸡. Saw alot people eating the soup that looks reddish and had alot noodles inside, but didnt know what is it. anyway, this one looks very plain and tasteless, but it turns out to be awesome!!!! we added potatos after that.. but didnt tried the noodles.

having lunch with superstar.

That's all for day 2!
