[Review] Curél Sebum Care

I have been using this new range of skincare over the past week and i must say i love it!

Introducing Curél Sebum Care.
(I just found out that it's a product from Kao!)

Have a peak at the product range! Labelled Japan's No.1 !

From left to right: Sebum Care Foaming Wash, Sebum Care lotion and SebumCare Moisture Gel.

Do you know that excess sebum can aggravate skin sensitivity? Personally, i have combination skin which is SOMEWHAT sensitive. For example if i go for facial, i always end up with red patches on my skin. And even though I'm blessed with average skin, sometimes when i try certain product, my face end up feeling itchy and I was pretty afraid my skin condition will worsen and i would quickly wash it off. I guess my sensitive skin is reacting against the product that i use.

But I never really use any skin care product that is specially meant for sensitive skin, i simply didn't bother. LOL. Not to mention, i always have sebum due to make up. even though i remove my make up TWICE everyday before washing my face, it's still the same.

So i tried out Curél Sebum Care range for around 1 week...

First is the Sebum Care Foaming Wash ($19.80/ 150ml).

t's a facial foam wash with ultra fine foam and sebum solvent to cleanse dirt and excess sebum.

1/2 a pump is enough for my whole face because the foam is pretty dense! I use it twice a day.

I must say most facial foam wash give me a rather dry feeling after using. i have used at least 2 different types previously. But this one doesn't not give me the dry feeling. my skin feels smooth and clean.

Next, Sebum Care Lotion, 150ml/ $24.90.

Its non-sticky formula prepares skin for better absorption of moisturiser.

See how my skin in smooth matte finish after the lotion has been absorbed! use twice a day and apply over whole face. Lotion seldom come in nozzle dispenser kind of bottles because i assume they are easily squirted out and may be hard to control when dispensing. So they normally come in bottle with caps so you can pour the lotion with more control. but i so much prefer the nozzle one! Easier to dispenser and i dont have to twist the cap back when my hand is lotion-filled. i just cap the cover back on! so simple i love it!

Last but not least, the Sebum Care moisture gel. 120ml, $34.90

This liquid based gel spreads easily for speedy abdorption into deeper layers of skin without leaving skin sticky. The texture is really light (especially the lotion!) and easily absorb! The moisture gel take slightly longer to absorb but both are equally light and non sticky!

Similar to the lotion, use twice a day.

I apply the lotion and moisture gel every morning, and one particular day i tested to see if it really controls oil and acne as it claim.

This picture was taken after several hours of applying. my face is matt and oil free! My T-zone area as specially has significant reduced in oil. Normally even when I'm at home doing nothing my face will get oil after awhile, but not this! Im amazed!

i love these babies! i will continue to keep using for more visible results. so far, i feel my skin is finer and smoother. Not much rough surface unlike previously and it also makes applying make up easier with a smoother finishing. Also, i have reduce my amount of foundation!
